Aunque parezca algo muy simple y para algunas personas absurdo, aquí radica todo el secreto. Debo acostumbrarme a comer poca cantidad en cada comida, y aunque pueda comer de todo, procuraré comer NORMALMENTE alimentos con poca grasa.&lt;br /&gt;Ingiriendo poca cantidad de alimentos en cada comida, me daré cuenta en pocos días que estaré comiendo la cantidad que realmente necesito.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoy en día, la alimentación que me ha permitido perder peso es la que conoce TODO EL MUNDO, pero que casi nadie efectua:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Tomo un complejo vitamínico según prescripción médica, (Mantiene la fuerza y la actividad); asegurándome así que no me faltarán las vitaminas y minerales necesarios.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Cómo despacio, sin prisas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Realizo 5 comidas al día. Si solo puedo hacer 3 comidas quizá por falta de tiempo, en el momento de haber realizado las dos comidas faltantes, cómo algo de pipas sin sal o mastico cereales de los que venden embolsados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- En cada una de las 5 comidas cómo poca cantidad. ESTA ES LA CLAVE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- En la cena cómo 3 piezas de fruta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Puedo comer de vez en cuando PEQUEÑAS cantidades de companaje, fiambres o embutidos, chocolate, carne, fritos y natillas; ¿por qué no?, si realizo los ejercicios regularmente, estas grasas las voy a quemar sin problema.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Suelo comer pastas, 3 huevos a la semana, pollo, ensalada, patatas hervidas, verduras, pescado, leche. (Este tipo de alimentos mantienen el cuerpo en óptimas condiciones).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Bebo un litro y medio de agua al día; NO MAS. Puesto que beber más de tres litros de agua al día regularmente, elimina minerales y elementos necesarios para el buén funcionamiento del organismo, pudiendo producir también alteraciones en el ritmo cardiaco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Cómo POCO pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- En general cómo pocas grasas; pero eso sí... sin dejar de comerlas. ¿Por qué no voy a darme el gusto de vez en cuando?.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Es fácil, no hay que seguir ninguna dieta estricta, con lo cual no voy a sufrir casi nada.
